I was contacted by a recruiter for this position by email. Once I provided my resume, a phone interview was scheduled. The interview itself was about a half an hour. The interviewer described the company, what they were looking for, and what to expect as far as the team I would potentially work with. The interview didn't go past the phone screening and was sure what the reason was for not being chosen. The company itself sounds like a great one, and I believe they are looking for the best possible fit for the candidate in question.
