      R&D Interview

      30 Aug 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Billingham, England
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tracerco (Billingham, England) in Aug 2014

      Interview

Had to have three interviews. They're really picky when it comes to the development department they need to right people so to be sure they go through this long interview process. It wasn't hard they/my current bosses were very thorough and asked the right questions. First interview was with my boss, second was with my boss and my bosses boss, third was with my boss, my bosses boss and my bosses bosses boss. Tongue twister. They really do need to do this otherwise they would get the wrong people which is really understandable.

      Question 1

They showed me numerous engineering tools that I might not have seen before.
