thank you for your message and your feedback. It is also always in our interest to constantly improve our recruiting process, so feedback at this point is of course always very important to us.
We would like to apologize for the last-minute postponement of your interview, something like this does not normally happen, as it is important to us to keep all agreed appointments accordingly.
Regarding the feedback issue - normally we always provide a first feedback directly after the interview so that the candidate gets an impression/feeling about further steps in the recruitment process.
However, please also understand that we can only give our applicants feedback on technical skills/requirements, as we usually cannot directly assess your personality after an interview.
We are of course very happy to take your suggestions for the next processes and are working on the feedback speed.
