I was hired, I actually didn't know it at the time. I during the interview I had a few mis-impressions of them, so try not think too much. They take care of their own. They actually offered me more then I was expecting to earn. I walked in there thinking I was the king of SEO, then met Dean, holy cow. Apparently the CEO knows quite a bit too. They started way back in the 90s and know more about SEO and SEM, then most people would care to. Just goes to show you, there is always someone better.
