I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tradewind Recruitment in Jan 2024
Interview
It was really quick to get into, and they’re very friendly too. I know someone who currently employed by Tradewind and I just emailed the person who is their manager. They immediately asked for my CV, then it was arranged for me to go to their head office for the training. The process is pretty quick, and within a week you’ll be called in to work. You do have to pay £46(?) for the DBS but it is a requirement - and at the end of the day, you will be working with kids so it’s necessary. Everything was really informative and helpful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They essentially just ask about your previous roles and if you’ve ever worked with kids before. They will ask why you want the job. They do ask about employment gaps too, but just answer truthfully!

Interview
Hiring people are very proactive, they kept updating me, they were to the point, and knew when to "do the action". They are very respectful and want to assign you something stable. The interview process was fine. They communicate and know how to work with people.
