TradingView QA Engineer interview questions

I applied online and spoke to the the recruiter who took me through the role and the interview process. I was told the next stage was the technical test. I had to test an app on my Mac and it just would not work on my operating system. After exchanging 4/5 emails on the issue with the recruiter, finally got the app to work. after spending circa 4 hours on it and the technical test. After emailing the recruiter the test, I recieved a generic email back saying I had not been successful. I really felt I had wasted time and effort on this interview, and felt that is was a poor experience for me.
