Interview included 3 rounds in person and 1 round over the phone. The process took about 2 weeks. Asked the basic questions. Controller had a notepad in front of him with a list of questions. Second round included the Owner. Third round included the bookkeeper.

Interview
Very disorganized, kind of a Mom & Pop approach to recruiting. The interviewer kept me waiting some time mid-interview, I assume he went to the bathroom or something. He also pulled in the owner who was a 3rd generation pretender, carrying on his pappy's pappy's legacy. No way these guys ever overtake major oil companies with their small time operation. The interviewer also didn't seem to have any legitimate corporate experience & was improvising his way through the questions. Probably best I was not hired.
