I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Trane (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Submitted resume through a connection, contacted via email by Talent Acquisition Partner to set up phone interview, held phone interview, decided almost immediately to schedule an on-campus interview, on-campus interview was with one senior manager and two new-hires (largely behavioral questions), very long delay (multiple months) to visit office and interview with three additional managers, received offer a few weeks later. Very drawn-out process, but well worth it.

Question 1
How much would you like to be making 5 years from now?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trane in Sept 2017
Interview
Trane came to my university campus. A friend and coworker of mine had recently signed for a full time offer. They had mentioned me, and I met their manager in person and he was very interested. I did a phone screening with one recruiter (30 mins) who connected me with another recruiter. The second recruiter asked me basic behavioral questions (~45 mins) and had me fill out an application.
This was a very involved process that lasted about a month. I never heard from them again regarding my status as an applicant. I sent follow-up emails, called the recruiter, etc. No response. I'm still shocked that employers will ghost candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trane in Oct 2016
Interview
