Applied and got a phone interview a few weeks later. The phone interview was straight forward with basic math, linear algebra, probability, and trading questions. Overall easy process but didn't move forward.

Interview
Applied on the University Career Center Website. Receive email to scheduel an Interview.
For the first round, we would like to set up a 30-45 minute phone interview with you. Questions are meant to test foundational topics in calculus, probability & statistics, and finance at the level that would be presented in introductory level undergraduate courses. We recommend having scratch-paper and a calculator on hand.
We strongly recommend you have a firm grasp on the topics listed in the book Options, Futures, and Other Derivatives by John C. Hull. Most successful candidates spend at least 10 hours prepping for this interview. Unfortunately we cannot provide any further information.
Upon successful completion of the first round, the next step is a more advanced phone call covering the concepts in the Hull book, followed by a personality/fit phone interview, and finally a full day in person interview.

Interview
Bad interview experience overall. The process took longer than 2 months, consisting of 2 phone calls, 1 character interview. HR replies your email very late and sometimes ignores your email. Technical part is extremely easy: probability, mental math(nailed every technical Q very quickly). 1 hour character interview asks very personal questions, they are not looking for ppl who can do the job but someone belongs to certain tight knit culture/race/social class(take a guess), an eye opening experience even after having interviewed with so many trading companies, was rejected after character interview.
