The interview process is a bit long. Mine started in late November, so the holidays did play a role and maybe made scheduling take longer than usual. I started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview with two sets of on-site employees plus two phone calls with staff in other locations. The on-site interview lasted 3 hours. I then had another phone call with the SVP of the department.
