Very thorough interview process. I met the team who I would be working with and the company strategy was shared with me. I felt as if I could contribute to the future direction of the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Imagine 5 years from now, where do you see yourself and what advise would you give your younger self?
They take candidate details and share some company details too but role evaluation doesn't match necessary requirement and proper followups. Process gets stretched and f2f discusion schedule takes longer time. They need to try better interview approach techniques and process and profile evaluation. As same pointers get carry forward in future discussions. They can proceed without some details too rather than complicating process.

Interview
Not too bad. Relevant questions on executive search, turn around time, past experience. Seamless and composed interview. Interviewers were respectful of time. Did not go around in circles - straight forward
