Transform Schools interview questions

I had a fantastic interview with the CEO and the COO. Throughout the conversation, the focus stayed on aligning my strengths to the organisation's HR strategy and execution. I had an opportunity to present my ideas, work and approaches across the HR spectrum with focus on organisation building and development. The interviewers were good listeners and were able to give me clarity on how my role fits into the larger organisation's mandate.

The virtual interview was finally conducted after many many months of waiting and yet now they are taking more and more of time just to waste it. I shifted from another place to Agartala just for this job and yet they are making fool out of people like this!! An wonderful organization for wasting your time!
