I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transit Employees Federal Credit Union
Interview
Very thorough. CEO pushes HR to go beyond simple background checks. The CU will call all employers and supervisors, and will only allow the candidate to use references that are still employed by previous jobs. The complete process is time consuming.

Interview
Nothing great. Not hard. I don't think they want you to know how bad it is there so the HR team is full of liars. Nobody cares about the people. I don't know how they can look at people in the face when asking their silly questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Transit Employees Federal Credit Union (Washington, DC) in Aug 2010
Interview
I was called out of the blue on Tuesday to come in for a 1 on 1 interview on Thursday. I walked in to the office and it was gloomy and dull at this time, actually it looked as if some renovations were taking place. I met with a HR rep, and the branch manager and they asked me 3 questions. After one of my answer the HR person basically said you have the job and that was it.
