The interview was a 3 question one way video recording. It only allowed you one take, so keep that in mind. Very normal standard questions and the timer cuts you off if you spill over. This was followed by a presentation panel with 2 people on the other side.

When was a time when you had to change a decision that impacted multiple stakeholders?
The interview process went on for a few months. They made us do an aptitude/cognitive test, recorded indiv interview and presentation scenario interview. It was a long process so don't panic if you haven't gotten an immediate response back.
Online application with CV, cover letter and responses to screening questions. Preliminary interview with executive search representative. Formal interview with hiring manager and independent, plus talent representative. Informal discussion with hiring manager. Psychometric testing.
