Phone pre-screening with Human Resources. Second step was interview with Director of Customer Service and Director of Toll Collection. After interview, it took a little over one week to hear back from Human Resources on their decision.

The supervisor have to learn a firm hand shake and other people skills. Maybe a refresher course on modern leadership. People these days don’t use the the word “I” so much. It is the word “we” that great leaders use.

Interview
Phone call and in-person interview afterwards. Interviewed by two people - asked basic interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Two weeks of classroom training followed by two weeks of peer to peer training. Then worked independently.
