Interview
Two interviews, one with two people and the second with the entire department plus a skills test. By the end of the second interview, the hiring manager was rolling her eyes because she thought I had too many questions.

30 min video call with HR & hiring manager, then about an hour in-person panel interview with relevant people you’d be working with. Total time from 1st interview to offer was about 3 weeks.
