I interviewed with them for a Principal Engineer position. I was unable to get a clear feedback for any of my rounds. There were 5 rounds totally: 2 technical phone screen and 3 video Interviews with Directors and VP. Nothing hinted as to I will be rejected for the role later after 5 rounds. The recruiter was really not very useful and just fit to schedule the calls. No feedback or any interpersonal skills.
Advice to the recruitment team: Do not juggle between candidates and try to judge the most fit as early as possible. Do not keep the candidates at the bay on what is happening. Try to be as transparent as possible. Respect candidate's time.
I still don't understand how you can take 5 interviews of someone and not hire them without a feedback!
