Though I didn't get accepted in the end, I learnt alot through the interview process.
Would try interviewing again in the future as I think this company has good people.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Treehouse Finance
Interview
The job role is a junior product manager with no experience required. It helps if you have 1-2 years of product management experience + can also code in R, Golang and Python + you also need to demonstrate a considerable interest in crypto/DeFi, but that is not supposed to hamper your chances.
1) HR round
2) second round by the COO of the company, who worked for a number of years primarily as an investor / in banking with only 1 year in a product / strategy / operations role.
HR round is about getting to know you and your skills. Having engineering experience and skills on top of experience as a PM will likely get you through this round.
Second round is more focused on understanding your ability to think as a co-founder of a startup and operate on a high level in driving the direction of the new product. You are also judged on your interest in DeFi/crypto- not really sure what this means as no experience is slated on the job requirements and simply investing in it is considered as insufficient.
