The panel was extremely friendly and curious about my individual experience. I felt supported despite not having as much technical experience as I think a typical applicant for this kind of position would have.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of questions about my experience, seemed like they were looking for specific strategies that I implemented.
I applied online. I interviewed at Treehouse (Washington) (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2020
Interview
The first part of the interview process was a phone from the HR team that lasted around d 30-45 minutes. Then I received a phone call to schedule a panel interview at the main office. The panel interview included the hiring manager, two HR people, supervisor, and a IT worker. Then if they like you they will let you know they are calling your references, if they like you and then paperwork and official offer after that.

Question 1
How do you keep communication open when you would be working remotely majority of the work hours?
I applied online. I interviewed at Treehouse (Washington) (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Applied online. I had a very short phone interview with a recruiter I didn't know until I interviewed that this basically going to be a warehouse/retail position where I would be on my feet all day. Heck, I can do that at Target? He also said there would be 3 in person interviews which seems excessive to me.
