After the recruiter screening, I took a quiz assessment online of 2 hours. You will do it at your own free time. The process is easy but needs to be training and fast.
The process was efficient and respectful. There were not too many individual interviews, and the time commitment was not reasonable. There was a technical component but it was not unnecessarily challenging.

I had one first one hr, and a take home exam with great results (third party graded), almost two months later, absolute silence after it. Ghosting employer, so I cannot recommend for anyone to apply.
