It didn’t happen because they immediately judged me based on my appearance without speaking to me or reviewing my resume. It escalated to the point that I was shaking in rage at the unprofessional behavior of both the women I spoke to in this office and stormed out screaming to another interviewee that I would not work there based on a less than 10 minute interaction. When I asked in what way this person would be punished I was informed they were reviewing the tape. That’s not a resolution that’s an excuse for bad behavior and you protecting it. Own your mistakes and take action and if you fail admit it immediately.
