I was contacted via email to come in for an exam. I took it in front of one of the employees and they directed me on what to do. For example, I was told to write an email to someone (I was allowed to write anything), and I was also told to show how to compose an email through outlook, and show that I know how to do basic functions on microsoft word. The "exam" was to show my knowledge with different platforms. I was then called in for a second interview and I met with two employees. I then had a third interview and I met with the head of Onsite Inspections, as well as a manager. I think I had the first two interviews in the same week, and then the other one the following week. They were very quick with the entire process and they were ready to hire ASAP. I think I had my 3rd interview on a Monday, took my drug test on Tuesday, and then I started on Thursday.
