Sit down with the Director of MIS and Unix Systems Engineer. Quized regarding past experience and ability to be on point when it came to end-user customer service and support.
I was explained the need for experienced individuals that also had the customer service ability to handle things on larger scale enterprise environments but able to keep customer service a priority.
