Interview

Tell me about a time when you didn't have enough data to make the right decision. What did you do? What path did you take? Did the decision turn out to be the correct one?
Fill out a lot of paperwork. Take a pretty easy 50 question test and then one face to face interview. You may also have a second call over the phone if there are follow up questions that weren’t clarified in the interview.
