The creative team travelled from Triad Stage Greensboro to New York to audition the actors. Not every role in every production is available to Equity actors, and not every role in every production is cast from New York: some roles are non-Equity, and some roles are cast locally. Hiring process is as follows: First audition, then the second audition ("callback"), and then the offer.
