Interview
The Interview process was well done, my issues are with what happened after the interview. I was given a verbal offer a high ranking individual in the human resources department, which I shortly found out later should have never been offered in the first place. This was an unfortunate experience that should have never happened. It would have never happened if one certain individual acted in a competent manner and checked whether the offer should have been made in the first place

Must speak english.
Online application and then in person interview with upto 6 people. They will all stare at you at once and wait for an answer, some will give you a smug look as if to say "I'm not hiring this guy." But they are desperate for work so they will hire you. Drug test, background check. 2 weeks of training in a classroom before touching a machine.

First an online aptitude type test. Easy but time constrained. Then interview with their operations manager and the cnc department manager. Asked about my experience, what I do day to day, tested me to see if knew basic tolerances and dimensioning.
