Great process. Well organized. Thorough. Detailed questions and responses. Basically it is a place that is operating in a professional manner with quality people, nice atmosphere, flexible work arrangements, great safety protocols, and all of the other things you would want and expect from a well run business.
They ask about your experience and telling more about yourself and your goals on what you like to achieve. They ask if you have experience with swimming and being around kids
