Online test -> Zoom -> F2F
Online test was pretty easy and zoom call was all about testing theory and no real technical questions.
F2F interview started with giving some automation task on their product and then reviewing the tasks and product itself + easy coding task. Elementary questions about DOM tree and product impression. No one even checked the coding task cse "lack of time" (though, it was optional).
Interviewers were all nice and opened.
After a couple of days HR called me - her first question was if I need a work permit in Austria, and only when she heard that I do(while I mentioned that already multiple times before) she refused and told I lack technical skills (thus no one even bothered to check them, beside tasks in their product which do not really relate to any tech skills). <-- Like, really? Very "not obvious" : D
