Tricon interview questions

Three interviews and a bit disorganized and disjointed which was a bit odd. They took a while to get back to me as well and I was already interviewing at other firms.

I connected with the HR manager and scheduled a call to discuss the role. After the discussion, he asked me to submit a follow up email with additional information about my prior roles and how they related to the job I interviewed for. It took multiple weeks for a response and he never provided an update on my application status. I was ghosted by the recruiter and company after several outreach attempts.
