I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tried & True Tutoring
Interview
First did a ~10 minute conversation with one of their representatives. Was then referred to a director where I prepared material to teach for 10 minutes with him acting as a student.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tried & True Tutoring (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview was virtual, and I appreciated the respect and professionalism of the interviewer. He was also very positive and in my interactions with him moving forward he continued to have very positive energy. I think they are looking for instructors with high energy, so if you can convey this in your interview I think this will be helpful.
