Meet with all three owners (2 males and 1 female). The female led the whole interview process. Interview was very dry with the two males rarely contributing anything to the interview. The female tried to cover her notes as she tried to capture everything I said on her notes instead of actually having a meaning conversation. They were only interested in hiring on a temp to perm basis. Benefits if hired on were horrible - 3 sicks days first year, no vacation. After first year, 5 vacation days. No family insurance coverage, only partial premium coverage for employee. Small tiny hole in the wall in an old office building in Glen Ellyn, IL.
