Trillium Health Resources interview questions

Interview questions are very structured. Questions were not regarding career experience, skills or resume. Very generic and probably used for most interviews regardless of position interviewing for. Interview was conducted virtually with 3 persons in management. They advised that I would be notified (either way) in 1-2 weeks. Never received notification even after following up with HR (6 weeks later), who said that a decision would be made that week and notification would be provided at that time.
