I applied online and about a week later was asked a few questions about my experience through an email. About a month later I was asked to do an in person interview. I passed first round and got to round two of interviews with a few people in a video conference. A day or two later I get another call asking about my resume and specific dates as to when I worked where so that they could figure out a wage to offer. I was told multiple times that the there was an monthly incentive package based on performance but no one ever told me what it equated to or goals to reach.
