I applied multiple times over a six month period for the Service Desk position. I finally got a call after two weeks from my third/fourth attempt. Quick phone interview and person to person interview was scheduled within a week with the supervisor of the shift and the team lead. Interview was a good one. The supervisor made sure to lay out all the good and bad of the job. Found out I was hired a week after the interview. Hiring process was long and could use some work. It took almost a month after I accepted the offer to actually start. Still, the process overall was pleasant.
