It was a fairly standard interview with two different gentlemen that lasted around 30 minutes or so. They explained the company and position to me and asked me questions about my resume.

Two F2F interviews - each at least an hour and 15 minutes long. Conversational interviews. Very, very nice people. The CEO and the upper management did the interviewing. I would have accepted if I hadn't received a better offer elsewhere.

Interview
It is pretty easy to get work from them if you have experience, and they have a need in your area. I sent them an email to see if they had a need in my area and lucky for me they did. Had a short conversation over the phone about my qualifications, and they started sending me orders as they become available.
We are glad this independent contractor applied and was accepted to be in our vendor network. We have an application to become a vendor on our website and process the application as quickly as possible.
