Had initial recruiter call about a position at Triumph. They said my background aligned with a role theyre trying to fill. Got a email about a technical round with the VP. Kind of odd the VP of the org would conduct a technical interview. The meeting started a few minutes late. The person hadnt read my resume and took a few more minutes to review while on the call. We proceeded with a few questions about my background then the technical round was a nested array about a few characters long. Interviewer didnt even spend the time to come with anything but an argument to a function and a verbal explanation of the problem. Literally takes 5 mins to come up with this. I thought it was unprofessional.
