It started with a 30 Min exploritory call with HR to understand role and background of both parties and align on personality and culture. It then moved to a 30 min call with the hiring party to get into more details on the role and specifics of what they were looking for wand what it required. Finally it moved to in person interviews in a few groups back to back.
