Troops interview questions

I interviewed for this position about one year ago in fall of 2021. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and took a great deal of time away from my existing job to attend these. After my final interview I was told I’d hear back on a final decision within the week. I NEVER heard back from. To this day, one year later, I have not heard back despite reaching out. I was so disappointed and genuinely confused. I understand if the position was given to another candidate but to hear no follow up? It was mind blowing and disrespectful of my time.
