No interview at all, but lots of test/examination/orientation procedures. You need to be referred by someone close to the management to be considered and subsequently employed. Interview process did not take place, but there was a whole day of orientation and certification at the main office, by way of computerized course that you need to go through and receive all necessary credits to start your employment. People at the office are friendly and supportive.
