First step was HR screening. They get a feel for who you are, how your experience relates from your perspective, and if they think the manager would like you. Next step was the Teams interview with the manager. We went over my resume to see if my experience relates to the position. Then I was asked several behavioral based interview questions to see if my personality is a fit for the company. After that was the final interview where I had three different 30 minute Teams interviews with three different team members that I would be working with. Once again, went over experience and behavioral based questions. It took about 2.5 weeks after my final interview to get the offer letter.
