Interviewed with one of the associates, the business development manager, and the senior VP of sales and marketing. Met with another associate first, we went through the basic functions of the job and went over a list of prepared questions, but nothing too difficult or demanding. From there, went to the BD managers office and was asked a few typical interview questions but from there it turned into more of an easy conversation than a stressful interview, did a quick role play of a cold call where the BD manager tossed out a couple objections to overcome. Followed that with a 15 minute conversation with the SVP, most of that was questions I had about the company and the direction they were headed. All of my questions were answered and the entire experience provided me all of the info I needed to know about the organization and who I would be working for.
