I applied online. I interviewed at True Food Kitchen (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process was open. About 50 people showed up on this the 3rd day of interviews. I arrived 15 minutes early dressed sharp. I was greeted and given an application to fill out. I then waited about 15 minutes to be interviewed. With reume in hand I answered questions that were given by a very rude woman/manager of some type. I almost left mid-interview because she was so abrassive, realizing that I wouldn't ever want to work for this food chain.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at True Food Kitchen (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was pretty easy. They asked about previous work experience, why I would be a good fit, and qualities that make a good server. The manager was very nice and I ended up working here for 3 years.
