Met with assistant manager, not the usual interview. Casual chat about myself then at the end asked me to describe my ideal birthday dish, a superpower, and an opportunity/challenge for myself
It was very easy and thorough, I didn’t need second interview! I was there for three years. The staff is great as well as management. I was only asked three questions and my experience.

Meet and sit down with a supervisor. They ask about your background with service. Ask about what would you do with different situations. How you would handle guests and how you value them.
