I had a virtual screening interview with HR, then had an on-site interview with a manager and a staff member. The process was fairly quick and straightforward. Interview questions were standard, but they did go off-script to ask clarifying questions.

They asked about a time I’ve had to deal with a crisis situation with a client. They also asked what I would do if a client was acting in a threatening/violent manner.

I did One interview with questions relevant to job with One team lead in office. Questions included describing what you would do in specific difficult situations that very well could happen with your clients.

Interview
Interview/ conversation with various team members including directors and team leaders. Very easy going and they are truly just trying to understand you motivations on working with the company. Being able to be personable and honest goes a very long way.
