I applied online. I interviewed at True North Marketing (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied online and got a request to interview with the VP of Operations on short notice, sensing urgency. I felt that the interview went well, and that the company needed help that met my expertise. I followed up several times, but did not get a notice on next steps, or that they were no longer considering me. This is an example of a prospective employer "ghosting" a candidate.

Question 1
The interviewer asked if I preferred the strategic planning or the negotiation process.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at True North Marketing in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process began with a positive 30-minute conversation with management, followed by a detailed, multi-part assessment that took several hours to complete. A follow-up interview, intended as a review, became a rushed presentation of all three assignments with 5 minutes to ask questions.
Ultimately, I received a polite rejection. Overall, the experience was professional, yet rushed, and the assessment was too extensive.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at True North Marketing (Little Rock, AR) in Dec 2023
Interview
He was friendly, and he went over the process really well. I am not sold on the commission aspect of it though. I did not want to relocate and have uncertainty about if I would be able to live off of $528 weekly base pay.

Question 1
Only thing I was asked was to tell my story and after each section I was asked if this would be something I would be okay doing.
