sat at a table and got interviewed by two senior dev's, applied online and got a phone call within a few days for an interview and then a day after the interview i got the job offer

Two stage interview with informal screening stage followed by take-home technical test which was relatively simple but well suited for the role. Two interviewers were polite and friendly, at no point was I made to perform any task under pressure.
