I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Truluck's (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2021
Interview
Trulucks in Chicago.
Did not want to accommodate desired shifts (lunches) or days want(Ed/ing) to work (2-3). Offered to be part-time, fill-in, to the gaps in the schedule. He wanted full time, working all holidays (no PTO offered and no 1.5x pay on federal holidays), schedule whatever days he wanted to and did not want to work with my needs.
He was rude, interrupted me numerous times, and then did not want to listen to my answers; made me repeat myself a lot.

Question 1
Is that ok? (When asking if I could meet his demands).
Tell me about yourself… more of a command than a question, and a personal question right off the bat.

You start by filling out an online application followed by a kind of psych evaluation. Then a sit down with a manager. If you pass you do another interview with a manager where they go over 14 questions.

Interview
It's built up quite dramatically in several steps/days and overall, inviting to say the least. The whole process is none like I have ever experienced before and before you know it, you get kind of sucked into all of the hoopla, but impressive nonetheless.
