Pretty pathetic interview process. Asking about HashMaps implementation and all details for 30 minutes, expecting to know the inner implementation of algorithms in Java library ... 0 day-to-day questions, 100% theoretical once. How can it check the knowledge of the candidate?

Question 1
1. Implementation of hashmap
2. Inner implementation of hashmap in Java, why get is at max O(logn) instead of O(n) - I hope you are reading Java and Kotlin native implementation before sleeping :)
3. Thread safety - knowledge about locks, volatile etc. is not enough, you have to know how to improve it further :)
4. Compose stuff

Interview
There were in 3 stages:
1) Interview with the recruiter(simple questions about: hash maps, android etc.)
2) Android technical interview: concurrency, kotlin coroutines, android sdk, etc.
3) Technical home task: implement a simple Android app. From my side, I designed the architecture and UI, but there were some issues in my code(I thought that UI didn't really matter in this task)
4) After the home task discussion, TrustWalled disappeared from my life, with silence, no one email, no feedback, nothing.
