Interview
Overall the experience was positive - nice atmosphere, friendly, lively conversation. The questions were mostly about the previous experience (e.g. work with different industries, in challenges in the previous work, preferences in work process, solving problems) and personality questions, it was quite clear they are looking for a good personality fit as well as professional skills. I was also told that the hiring decision can take a long time to make.

interview was arranged by a head hunter. the second stage face to face interview was cancelled just few minutes before my interview. It wasn't a professional approach. It was the second stage and the first one was really great.

Interview
I met people at the agency first just to learn about the agency. I subsequently spoke to two Directors by skype on separate occasions. I was then invited for an in-person interview. After about ten days I was told I would receive a formal offer. I was not asked to perform any tasks.
