      I interviewed at Truv

      Interview

Worst interview process I've ever been a part of. During the first interview, everything seemed fine. They followed up with me very quickly regarding a case study that I needed to do. I spent a lot of time on it, and after turning it in, they quickly followed up asking me to do an interview with an executive. I was originally excited about the role, but unfortunately the interviewer was incredibly rude. They were late, snarky, and clearly not interested in the interview or in hiring me. It's not a surprise that they ghosted me after the interview, but you could at least do someone the courtesy of telling them that they are no longer being considered for the role. Employers put their best foot forward during an interview process, just like prospective employees do. If that experience was their best foot forward, I would never want to work here no matter how much they paid me.
